  • For orders totalling between 121 to 499 rupees, we charge a nominal fee of 50 rupees for shipping.
  • Orders exceeding 499 rupees qualify for free shipping.

2. When can I expect my tracking ID after placing an order?

  • Upon placing an order, please allow up to 24 hours for us to generate your tracking ID.

3. How long will it take for my order to reach its destination?

  • Once your order is processed and the tracking ID is generated, it typically takes 4-5 business days for your package to arrive at its destination.

4. How are orders shipped?

  • We partner with reliable courier services to ensure the safe and timely delivery of your gardening products.

5. Do you offer expedited shipping?

  • Currently, we do not offer expedited shipping options. However, we continuously evaluate our shipping processes to provide the best service to our customers.

6. Can I track my order during transit?

  • Yes, once your tracking ID is generated, you can easily track the status of your order using the provided tracking information.

7. Do you ship internationally?

  • At the moment, we only ship within India. We do not offer international shipping services.

8. What if I have multiple items in my order?

  • If you have multiple items in your order, they may be shipped separately, depending on availability and logistics optimization. You will receive separate tracking IDs for each shipment.

9. What should I do if I haven’t received my order within the specified timeframe?

  • If you haven’t received your order within the expected delivery timeframe, please reach out to our customer support team. We will investigate the issue and provide you with a resolution as soon as possible.

10. Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

  • Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipping address once the order has been placed. Please ensure that you provide the correct shipping address at the time of purchase to avoid any inconvenience.

11. What if my package is damaged during transit?

  • In the rare event that your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photographic evidence of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue and ensure your satisfaction.

12. Do you offer local pickup options?

  • Currently, we do not offer local pickup options. All orders are shipped directly to the provided shipping address.

13. Can I cancel my order after it has been shipped?

  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may be eligible for a return or exchange according to our return policy.
